Care Instructions:

• Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
• Wash with similar colours.
• Turn the robe inside out before washing.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
• Iron on low heat if needed (inside only).
• Do not dry clean.

• Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Process: go to our RETURN-PORTAL to organize your return or exchange. Costs of label in the EU are 9 Euro.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
