2. Products

Traditions United sells premium heritage-inspired bathrobes and related products.

We aim to display product images, colours, materials and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, photography or production variations.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

• incorrect pricing;

• suspected fraud;

• product unavailability;

• payment issues;

• errors on the website.

If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment can be made through the payment methods offered at checkout, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or other available methods.

5. Shipping

We ship orders to the countries listed at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are shown before checkout.

6. Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, unless an exception applies.

The product must be returned unused, clean, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

8. Returns

Return shipping costs are 9 Euro inside the EU unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

We may refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, washing, stains, odour or missing parts.

9. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by law.

10. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with:

• your order number;

• a description of the issue;

• clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.

11. Pre-orders

If products are offered as pre-orders, the expected delivery date will be clearly stated on the product page.

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, product names and brand elements, belongs to Traditions United or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content without written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or other consequential damages, unless required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport delays, strikes, natural disasters, production delays, technical failures or government restrictions.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
