What is covered?

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and workmanship defects that occur under normal personal use, including:

• Loose or failed stitching

• Defective embroidery

• Manufacturing defects in the fabric

• Faulty belt loops

• Manufacturing defects affecting the collar, cuffs or construction

• Material defects that are not the result of improper care or misuse

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product;

• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model;

• Offer a partial refund where appropriate; or

• Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

What is not covered?

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper washing or drying

• Shrinkage resulting from care instructions not being followed

• Fading caused by bleach, chemicals or excessive sun exposure

• Accidental damage

• Cuts, tears or burns

• Damage caused by pets

• Commercial or institutional use

• Damage resulting from misuse, negligence or improper storage
