Shipping
Traditions United prioritizes UPS, DPD or DHL for shipping. Although it may use a local carrier if appropriate. You will get an automatic tracking link as soon as we prepare your package for shipping.
Orders are being shipped from the Netherlands and delivery times vary depending on country and exact location. However, Traditions United orders normally take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be delivered.
Please allow additional time for delivery to your chosen address.
Outside EU: will be shipped without VAT. But any additional costs, such as import VAT and (customs) clearance costs, will be borne by the Buyer. We are currently working on it to improve this in the near future and make it totally care-free for customers outside the EU as well!
Return- & exchange policy inside EU
Within 14 days from receipt you can easily return or exchange your items.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging.
The customer can easily obtain a return label for only 9 Euro in the whole EU via our RETURN-EXCHANGE Portal.

Return/exchange labels will have to be provided by the buyer. Any additional costs, such as import VAT and (customs) clearance costs, will be borne by the Buyer. Also when custom authority or courier makes a mistake.
Step 1: ask us for a commercial invoice to add to the package via info@traditionsunited.com

- Value: €10 (Because returned goods basically have no commercial value)
